Delete Aeviva Data
Aeviva's current health-intelligence release creates a local profile rather than a server-hosted health account. No remote Aeviva health-intelligence account exists to delete in the current release.
Delete local data through the app
- Open Aeviva Longevity OS.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account & Data.
- Review the deletion warning and confirm.
Delete through the operating system
You may also clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app on iOS or Android. Platform backups may be retained under Apple or Google's backup settings and policies.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Deleting Aeviva's local data does not delete records held in Apple Health or Health Connect. Manage those records and permissions separately in the platform health settings.
Commerce, support, and other remote records
Deleting the local Aeviva database does not by itself delete transaction, subscription, support, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or provider records that may exist outside the local health database. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal obligations, and third-party providers may control their own records.
If applicable law gives you a deletion or cessation right for information Aeviva actually possesses, you may initiate a request at [email protected]. Do not include raw health data in the initial email. Aeviva may require reasonable verification and will apply lawful retention exceptions where applicable.
Exported files and user-directed messages
Files you exported, copies saved to other apps, and information you voluntarily sent to another recipient are not removed by deleting the local app database. Delete those copies at their destination or contact the relevant recipient.
Consumer health data
Additional rights and procedures that may apply to consumer health data are described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
