Before contacting support

Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and a description of the steps that caused the issue.
Do not send passwords, encryption keys, raw health exports, raw camera images, raw audio, government identifiers, or full medical records.
Redact names, email addresses, exact birth dates, and other identifiers from screenshots unless needed for a specific approved support process.

Common controls

Revoke camera or microphone access in device application settings.
Manage Apple Health or Health Connect permissions in platform health settings.
Use Delete Account & Data to remove local Aeviva data.
Manage Apple Health or Health Connect records separately in those services.

Privacy and consumer-health-data requests

For a request to confirm, access, cease certain processing, delete information Aeviva actually possesses, or appeal a privacy-request decision where applicable law provides that right, email [email protected] with a short description of the request. Do not email health records. If verification is needed, Aeviva will provide follow-up instructions.
