Terms of Use for Aeviva Longevity OS

Effective date: August 12, 2026

These Terms govern use of Aeviva Longevity OS, provided by Primealpha Research. By using Aeviva, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. General wellness and educational use

Aeviva is intended for general wellness and educational use. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent disease, determine emergency status, or replace professional medical care. No statement in Aeviva should be understood as regulatory clearance, approval, or authorization for a medical use.

2. No medical advice

Do not use Aeviva to diagnose or treat symptoms or to start, stop, or change medication, supplements, diet, exercise, or medical care. Seek qualified professional advice. For emergencies, contact appropriate local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

The current U.S. web launch is intended for adults age 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to accept these Terms.

4. Permissions, health data, and local storage

Camera, microphone, Apple Health, and Health Connect access is optional. The current release uses health-platform read access only. Aeviva is local-first, but applicable consumer-health-data laws may treat local access, processing, derivation, or inference as collection. See the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for categories, sources, purposes, sharing practices, and rights.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Current U.S. web list prices are $14.99 monthly or $149.99 annually for Premium and $24.99 monthly or $249.99 annually for Professional. The exact recurring price, taxes, renewal cadence, trial terms if any, and other transaction terms shown at checkout control the transaction.

Before payment authorization, direct web checkout must clearly display the recurring price, renewal cadence, trial and first-charge timing if applicable, cancellation method, refund policy, taxes, and other material purchase terms. Aeviva must obtain the authorization required for the transaction before charging.

Direct web subscriptions are intended to be manageable through the configured payment provider's customer portal when live billing is available. A successful browser redirect is not proof of payment. Paid access is enabled only after verified provider state results in a valid server-signed entitlement.

Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel future renewal through the Stripe-hosted customer portal when live direct-web billing is available. Unless checkout, the customer portal, or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewal charges. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time after cancellation, except where required by law, required by payment-provider rules, or necessary to correct a duplicate or erroneous charge. Any free-trial offer must disclose its duration, first-charge timing, and cancellation method before payment authorization.

6. Acceptable use

You may not bypass safety controls, falsify research or device evidence, submit another person's health information without authority, misuse permissions, or use Aeviva for unlawful, harmful, clinical, or emergency purposes. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Aeviva, its software, interface, documentation, trademarks, and original content are owned by Primealpha Research or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, subject to applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended, or require newer operating systems or devices. Local data can be lost through device failure, corruption, deletion, operating-system action, or uninstall. Aeviva does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aeviva is provided "as is" and "as available." Wellness estimates may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, device-dependent, or unsuitable for an individual decision.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primealpha Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, health decisions, or reliance on non-diagnostic estimates. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using Aeviva and delete local data at any time. We may restrict use that violates these Terms, safety controls, law, or platform requirements.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, excluding conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply regardless of this provision.
