Aeviva's current release is local-first and does not operate a remote health-data account. Applicable law may nevertheless treat local access, processing, derivation, or inference as collection of consumer health data.

Export and sharing choices

No health-intelligence dataset is automatically uploaded by the current release. Exporting or sharing through the operating-system share mechanism is a user-directed transfer. Review the recipient and destination before sharing.

Consumer health data rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning consumer health data, including rights to request confirmation about data Aeviva possesses, request information about sharing, withdraw consent or request cessation of certain processing, request deletion, or appeal a refusal. See Consumer Health Data Privacy.

To initiate a request involving information Aeviva actually possesses, email [email protected] without including raw health data. Local-only data should generally be managed with the local controls above because Aeviva does not possess a remote copy of that dataset.

Platform and provider data

Apple Health, Health Connect, App Store, Google Play, payment-provider, backup, and diagnostics data may be controlled separately under the relevant provider settings and policies.
