Privacy Choices
Aeviva's current release is local-first and does not operate a remote health-data account. Applicable law may nevertheless treat local access, processing, derivation, or inference as collection of consumer health data.
Permission choices
- Decline camera, microphone, Apple Health, or Health Connect access.
- Revoke permissions at any time in iOS or Android settings.
- Authorize only the health-platform data types needed for features you choose.
Local storage choices
- Delete individual records where the app provides that control.
- Use Delete Account & Data to delete the local Aeviva profile and local app records.
- Clear application storage through the operating system or uninstall the app.
Export and sharing choices
No health-intelligence dataset is automatically uploaded by the current release. Exporting or sharing through the operating-system share mechanism is a user-directed transfer. Review the recipient and destination before sharing.
Consumer health data rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning consumer health data, including rights to request confirmation about data Aeviva possesses, request information about sharing, withdraw consent or request cessation of certain processing, request deletion, or appeal a refusal. See Consumer Health Data Privacy.
To initiate a request involving information Aeviva actually possesses, email [email protected] without including raw health data. Local-only data should generally be managed with the local controls above because Aeviva does not possess a remote copy of that dataset.
Platform and provider data
Apple Health, Health Connect, App Store, Google Play, payment-provider, backup, and diagnostics data may be controlled separately under the relevant provider settings and policies.
